Spring Health (Effective 1/1/24)
With Spring Health, you now have access to telehealth services through your phone, tablet or computer that include:

Access Spring Health in your Member Dashboard
Mobile therapy
Now you can get therapy on your smartphone through our partner, Meru Health. Completely confidential, this online program is a 12-week treatment program to help you reduce anxiety, stress, depression and burnout. The program offers:
- Confidential access to a personal, remote therapist
- Anonymous peer and psychiatrist support
- Mindfulness and behavioral techniques for sleep, nutrition and more
- Wearable biofeedback training to increase focus and manage stress

Addiction treatment
You can get personalized care for drug and alcohol addiction through any of our in-network treatment facilities, including the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. Hope is here for achieving long-term sobriety. Experts at the foundation provide clinical care, education and research in addiction prevention, treatment and recovery.
