We recently enhanced our provider search tool, Find Care, to include the following features for member use:

• Members may search for providers by network, including Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier, Oregon Health Plan and The Children’s Program.
• Results display more information to members such as:
• Whether a provider will interact with members via email
• If a provider participates in electronic medical records (EMR)
• If a provider participates in electronic health records (EHR)
• If a provider participates in ePrescribe
• Languages spoken in a providers office
• Features well received in the mobile version of Find Care have been replicated on the desktop version of Find Care such as saving past searches or quickly linking to providers most recently viewed.
• Definitions were added throughout Find Care to help members understand the information presented and make an informed decision.

The information you provided and verified in our recent directory accuracy mailing has helped make it possible for us to implement these enhancements on Find Care.
