Moda Select Network
The Moda Select network offers a personalized care experience that gives members access to high quality care at an affordable cost. The Moda Select network directs members to manage their health in close partnership with a primary care provider (PCP) with which practitioners work together to coordinate care, and keep members feeling their best. The network includes a carefully selected community of PCPs, specialists and partner health systems.
The Moda Select Network serves Ada, Adams, Bannock, Bear Lake, Benewah, Bingham, Boise, Bonneville, Canyon, Caribou, Cassia, Elmore, Franklin, Fremont, Gem, Jefferson, Kootenai, Madison, Minidoka, Oneida, Owyhee, Payette, Power, Teon, and Washington counties.
Search for providers in the Moda Select NetworkAetna® PPO Network
Aetna® PPO Network through Aetna Signature Administrators® is accessible for Individual and Family members seeking medical care outside of Idaho and the Moda Select Network Service area. Members can access Aetna PPO providers that are outside of Idaho at the in-network benefit level. Members who see an Aetna PPO Network provider in any Idaho county will receive the out-of-network benefit level.
Aetna® PPO Network through Aetna Signature Administrators® is accessible for Employer Group members seeking national care outside of the Moda Select Network Service area.
