Employer Dashboard
Our easy-to-use Employer Dashboard is a self-serve resource that helps you stay more connected with your coverage with us. It includes many new admin capabilities, as well as access to Moda Health’s invoicing system, eBill, that are now accessible via a unified login. And the Employer Dashboard accommodates multiple roles within your company that manages custom permission to tools and data.
Based on your setup with us users can:
- Enroll employees and dependents
- Terminate coverage
- Change employee demographics
- Review employee enrollment information and history
- Generate an enrollment census for all covered members
- View information about administrative rules and plan details
- View Member Handbooks
- View and/or pay invoices for accounts using eBill
- Message us securely and
- Request ID cards
- Make provider selections, when applicable
Please note that self-insured employers can also view claims on the Employer Dashboard.

Corporate Reports
Groups with 100 or more enrolled employees can view and download up to 12 months of corporate data on their unique employee population. Use the Employer Dashboard to access your Corporate Reports.
